ARNO RIVER
The Arno River flows through Tuscany, from its mountainous sources to the Tyrrhenian Sea, passing through the historic city of Florence. Its waters, which have inspired artists and poets, are witnesses to centuries of history and culture. The Arno, with its picturesque landscapes, represents a deep connection between nature and tradition.
AMPHITHEATER
Inside the Parco delle Cascine is the historic Ernesto de Pascale amphitheater, a charming area that will host one of the stages of the Festival!
The amphitheater was carved out of a sand quarry during the 1970s, next to which stands the Casa delle Guardie, designed in the 18th century by Giuseppe Manetti. Thanks to the restoration work carried out by the municipality between 2010 and 2011, it has become an important venue for events and concerts.
