2. CREA UN BUONO Crea un buono con le seguenti caratteristiche:
• Esercizio: ONLINE • Categoria di prodotto: CONCERTI – Biglietto d’ingresso • Importo: Pari o superiore al valore del biglietto.
L’importo eccedente verrà riaccreditato.

3. SCEGLI IL TUO BIGLIETTO Vai su TICKETNATION.IT, registrati e metti nel carrello il tuo biglietto o abbonamento.

4. PAGA CON 18App Scegli 18app come metodo di pagamento ed inserisci il codice del buono creato in precedenza del valore pari o superiore al biglietto scelto.

N.B. Soltanto i beneficiari del buono possono acquistare tramite 18app

Si, tutti i biglietti sono nominali; il biglietto deve avere lo stesso nome della persona che parteciperà al Festival. Il personale di sicurezza all’entrata effettuerà il controllo del documento di identità che dovrà corrispondere al nome riportato sul biglietto.

Non importa stampare il biglietto, basta avere sullo smartphone il biglietto elettronico con QR CODE. Lo schermo non deve presentare difetti che possano impedirne la perfetta lettura del codice. Si ricorda che le email di conferma dell’ordine non sono sufficienti, devi essere in possesso del biglietto elettronico o cartaceo.

Nel caso di acquisto tramite DICE il biglietto non arriverà tramite mail ma dovrà essere visualizzato direttamente dalla loro App. In caso di acquisto da altri circuiti ufficiali, se non avete ricevuto mail di conferma, vi consigliamo di guardare nella cartella SPAM della votra posta elettronica o di contattare l’assistenza del circuito di vendita.

No. L’ingresso è valido solo per il giorno indicato sul biglietto. Quindi accertati di acquistare il biglietto per il giorno in cui parteciperai.
